With an aim to strengthen its integrated media operations and grow in a competitive market, Dentsu, a worldwide leader in marketing and advertising, has given three senior roles in its Media Practice.

- Sean Reardon heads the Media Practice for Dentsu Americas.
Sean Reardon will be taking on the role of CEO of Dentsu Americas’ Media Practice. For the past 25 years, Reardon has worked in advertising and media and prior to this was the U.S. and Global CEO of MiQ. He has led teams at Publicis Groupe’s Zenith Media USA, Moxie and MRY. Now, Reardon will oversee the work of Carat, iProspect and Dentsu X across the U.S., Canada and Latin America, looking after about 3,900 employees.
- Ryan McHardy is the Chief Strategy Officer at Dentsu Americas.
Ryan McHardy is the new Chief Strategy Officer at Dentsu Americas. McHardy is experienced in creating integrated solutions for both business and marketing for clients. Before being at Dentsu, he spent time as EVP and Head of Business Strategy at McCann, where he helped set up integrated solutions to address client marketing needs. Prior to his time at McCann, he worked in top planning and strategy positions for Publicis Groupe on clients that used creative, media, technology and consulting.
- Annette Warring is the Chief Client Officer for Dentsu Americas.
Dentsu Americas has named Annette Warring as its new Chief Client Officer. When Vizeum was formed following an acquisition in 2007, Warring joined and served as CEO of Dentsu Canada as well as Executive Global Client President until now becoming the new Regional President for the Americas. Warring will now work to create excellent client experiences and help drive sustainable growth in the company.
How Dentsu is Planned to Grow
Dentsu is seeing considerable growth in its Media Practice right now. In the year 2024, 80 more brands were added to Dentsu India’s Media Practice and there was a 10% growth in billings. Thanks to combining marketing, technology and consulting, Dentsu provides innovation and effective answers to its clients.
In 2025, the firm intends to maintain its rapid progress, trying to increase its organic revenue by more than 10%. By relying on advanced technology and data and by ensuring clients can see the outcomes, Dentsu is ready to maintain its success as the media industry evolves.
